Born in a small town. Love and adventure born in the cradle.

The seeds of longing for knowledge grew in me from an early age.

The old system couldn't feed me, it felt strange and cramped.

Always hungry in the world of consumption. Seeked love and peace in the collective discontent. Thirsted for the truthful.

 

Found it in art and meditation as a channel for my love. Digging deeper, watered love like a plant. Constantly changing, only love remained.

 

This eventually led me to yoga. For me, THE practice of self-love and self realization, collective love and healing. Today I am like a colorful mosaic of love. That is made up of different spiritual and creative practices.

 

I see myself as part of the universal whole. I see every person, every animal, every plant as my brothers and sisters.

 

Today I pass it all on with passion and dedication in my different classes, workshops and retreats.

 

My ultimate goal is to bring people back to the deep connection and all-embracing love for life and everything that it contains.
