In this workshop, I invite you to return the curious, bold, and expressive kid, that you once were! That was ok being messy. That was ok not knowing what the outcome will be. That kid, that listen to its impulsive intuitive heart and follows the flow of energy, where ever it might take you.
Awake your inner child and playfully explore the joy of creation. Letting go of fear or expectations to allow your painting to evolve based on your heart cal- lings, visions, and play. Finding your own authentic and unique style, as you explore the intuitive process.
There is an Artist in all of us! We all have emotions and feelings, longing to break out. Meditation and Painting are beautiful ways to bring our inside world to the outside.

This Workshop is designed to reconnect you to your roots and mother earth.
Together we will challenge your old moving patterns and joyfully discover new ways and concepts to move the body. You wil be introduced to profound yet playful techniques to discover the fun of moving and how it will reconnect you the earth element.
How does an Ape or a Tiger moves? How to flow with your body in a loop of geometricalpatterns? How can I create a deeply intuitive, intimate and joyful relation with others through contact improvisation?

In this session, Raphael invites you to a Journey to the very core of your being. Guided through his voice, he will bring you into a state of deep detached relaxa- tion, reconnecting yourself with your unique body wisdom and to explore the deeper realms of your true nature.
Traveling through time and space and the depths and heights of your inner Universe, you will experience a state of complete body and mind relaxation, which is valuable to 4 Hours regular sleep. Reconnect to your inner body wisdom and opening your intuitive mind. You will feel peaceful, positive and humble.
